Who we are
Omada is the AI growth and operations team for local businesses. We're eliminating the software overhead and complexity that have left 76 million owner-operators unserved. Omada is live in the US, UK and LATAM and is led by repeat entrepreneurs and operators behind some of the world's most widely used tech products. We're backed by top-tier venture capital and strategic investors who share our vision of helping every SMB grow.
Problem we're solving
So far, AI has been built in Silicon Valley for people like its builders. But the people who need it most are the owner-operators who run the local economy: the roofer in rural Alabama, the salon owner in Glasgow, the mechanic in Puebla. They run their business from a phone and carry every job themselves. For them, AI isn’t a productivity boost. It’s the difference between growing and treading water.
Software has overlooked them for decades, and AI is following the same path. Even the search and social platforms they depend on never served them well: tools built for larger businesses, self-serve setup, and help that amounted to an FAQ. The result is dormant profiles across the web. Operating software abandoned them too, moving upstream, and fewer than 2% use a vertical software suite today. The first AI tools repeat the pattern. They're built for knowledge workers at laptops who have time to learn, know what to prompt and can build a workflow for each job. An owner-operator works nothing like that. They're on a roof or under a car all day, running the business from a phone between jobs. They don't need another tool to operate; they need work done.
Omada is built for them, from the product to the way we reach them.
Every owner gets Alpha, an agentic team that works over text, the way they already talk to their crew. It handles the 60+ recurring jobs it takes to run and grow a local business, acts first when it spots an opportunity, and waits for the owner's sign-off on important decisions.
Role Overview
Most owner-operators have never had software that works the way they do. Now they have an AI team that runs their business over text. Your job is to make every roofer, salon owner and mechanic understand that in seconds, and trust it enough to hand over the work.
You'll own how owners discover, understand and fall for Omada, whether they hear about it from a field seller, a partner, a friend or the product itself. That means turning agentic AI into something that feels obvious and human, and building the growth engines that bring it to millions of businesses across three markets. This is a role for someone who wants the keys, not just a seat at the table.
